Product Returns Policy

Faulty products can be notified to Kinsley. Once a genuine product fault has been accepted and the item cannot be repaired, a credit note will be raised. Returns and credits are only accepted if authorized by Kinsley and are notified within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Any items can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies under the following terms:

• You must return your purchase within 7 days of delivery.
• The items must be unworn and in original condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
• Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post.
• We will happily send your exchange piece post-free! Please do not return any goods for a refund or exchange unless you qualify under all the above conditions, as we will be unable to process the refund.
• Please allow up to 14 working days for your account to be credited with any refund.
• Please note that when you place your order you are accepting the above refund policy.
